Hi! Welcome to my blog.
My name is Ash, and I’m a first-year Library & Information Science grad student and part-time reference librarian at an academic law library. Most of my past work experience is in nonprofit communications to support the delivery of legal services to impoverished communities. I’ve completed more than a few internships with civil legal aid organizations, a public defender office, and community organizations.
I’m interested in exploring how law librarianship can support the delivery of legal information and resources to low-income, marginalized, and/or vulnerable communities. In my spare time, I practice calligraphy, bookbinding, and radical zine-making.
